I’m Caitlin, a somatic and embodiment guide and master facilitator
Hello!
I believe your body holds a wisdom that is older than your patterns, older than your stories, and far more trustworthy than the noise of conditioning.
My work is rooted in the understanding that safety, connection, and self-trust are not things we think our way into — they are experiences we build in the body.
I support people in reconnecting with their felt sense — the subtle, honest language of sensation that lives beneath analysis. Together, we slow down. We listen. We build capacity to stay with what is present. And in that staying, something begins to shift.
For many of us, the nervous system learned to protect before it learned to trust. We override sensation. We lean into story. We disconnect from the signals that would otherwise guide us toward limits, clarity, and aligned action. My work gently brings you back into relationship with your body as a source of truth.
Through body-based guidance, nervous system education, breath, and relational practice, I create spaces where safety is cultivated, choice is restored, and inner authority can emerge.
I believe when we increase our capacity to feel — without overwhelm, without collapse — we expand our capacity for intimacy, integrity, and aliveness.

MY APPROACH.
I create an intentional space for your body’s own intelligence to lead the process.
Together, we focus on building the capacity to stay with what’s present, learning to trust your body’s feedback, and shift the relationship you have to your protection.
Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to remember.
