The Approach.

How I facilitate conversations with the mind & the body

My approach shifts the relationship you have to your experience in a way that moves you beyond naming and knowing your patterns.

Even the most profound realizations can leave the body untouched and frozen in the same protective postures that are still bracing against the very emotions your body aches to feel.

Somatic Process deepens the safety and trust needed for you to go into the depths of what has been buried.

With intentional practices that create space for the body to ‘catch up,’ you are able to respond to your body at the pace of sensation rather than explanation.

As you include the body in the inquiry of your stories, you access an expanded understanding—allowing you to connect more fully with its cues and signals.

But listening to the body does not mean decoding every sensation or sitting with every discomfort—it means discerning what needs attention, what needs movement, and what can simply be acknowledged without fixation.

Somatic Process gifts you your truth. It brings you closer to your ‘yes’ and to your ‘no,’ and lets you move throughout your life with freedom and fluidity.

Being in relationship to yourself in this way lets you sift and shake loose some of the sediment from your past that are keeping you from being with the truth of your heart.

In the intersection of your mind and body, you find the freedom to bring more of YOU to the world.
