You begin to move with discernment and sovereignty that knows what needs attention, what needs movement, what needs permission or expression, or what can simply be acknowledged without fixation.

Somatic Process gifts you your truth. It brings you closer to your ‘yes’ and to your ‘no,’ and lets you move throughout your life with freedom and fluidity.
