Resonant Body is a four-week invitation to return to the rhythm within. Through integrative teachings, embodied practice, guided coaching, and community support, you’ll deepen attunement to your inner landscape and build capacity for safety, agency, and connection.
Over four gatherings, we will explore:

Learning the language of your body and shifting your relationship to your lived experience.
Activation & Completion
Working with stress responses and cultivating greater responsiveness and flexibility within your nervous system.
Limits & Boundaries
Reclaiming choice and agency, feeling into where you begin and end, and discovering your yes and your no.
Resonance & Integration
Deepening co-regulation, inner safety, pleasure, and receptivity.
